In excellent condition, this bronze helmet is in the Corinthian style of mainland Greece, although this example was manufactured in Italy.  The helmet is decorated with incised patterns depicting two boars, who face each other on the helmet's cheekpieces, and floral motifs.  The work is an exceptional piece of metalworking, cleanly formed and luxuriantly decorated."
